Terry O’Neill

Musician and comic Terry O’Neill was one of the leading performers on Tyne Tees Television’s One O’Clock Show. After emigrating to Australia, he presented a similar mixture of music and variety in Time for Terry.

The Australian programme gave an early television platform to Olivia Newton-John, alongside other appearances she made as her performing career developed.
